The J and K Group is owned and managed by John O’Meara and Jonathan Chattey. Established in 1991 we have over 25 years experience of developing projects with a difference.
We aim to maximise value for our home buyers using the most innovative architects, specifying high quality materials and fittings, and forming long term relationships with our suppliers. We are based in South West London and work predominately in London, however our portfolio of projects includes schemes throughout the country and overseas.
In addition to developing new homes for sale the Group owns and manages a growing investment portfolio of commercial and residential properties, providing the Group with a secure financial base.
