Interesting locations – we look for interesting locations with character, and sites which have been overlooked by mainstream developers. For example we were one of the first developers in Bermondsey in 1993, when it was a decaying industrial area, we converted pubs into loft style flats in 1995 long before the trend took off, and we developed in a resurgent Liverpool city centre in 2002.
